Let me start off by reiterating that this isn't a thread for a site to be reviewed, but moreover a thread requesting for help, with (surprisingly, on a webmaster forum) no relevant categories to post a general website problem on. Here it is:
Every url I type in that leads to a page outside of the main directory (e.g. /website/), is automatically redirected to the same url, but with www.* prepended to it, unless I type the url with a trailing "/". So, typing http://mysite.com/site would redirect me to http://www.mysite.com/site/, but http://mysite.com/site/ would stay the same. What could be causing this? It's really quite a nuisance.
What browser are you using ?? IE, and FF too (and I'm sure others), will put in the www FOR you if you just type in something on the URL address bar of a browser.
It could also come from your Host Headers on your host's site setup.
