It is a decent template, but it's a tables-based layout and that is not doing you any favors with the search engines.

You have no Headings whatsoever, no Hx tags anywhere, and Google especially likes headings so it knows what's important on a page. What headings you do have, such as "All Packages Include" and "Featured Testimonial" are images.. not actual text, and you have no alt text, so again, nothing there for a bot to 'read'.

All that fancy flash stuff is pretty, but the search bots can't 'read' it, so they see basically nothing.
