I have worked on a website for quite some time now and I would really appreciate your feedback on my work.

I would also like to add a small description of my website: It is a web directory divided into general interest categories. The web sites listed in every category can be voted by visitors, and the average marks resulting will be used to sort the web sites.
I like how it's set-up and was going to post your 140 code warnings, but decided not to mainly because most of them are where you need to put an "alt description" for each image ... but, I liked the Yachts site!
I don't like most directories out there, but I have to admit I like this one. The layout's reasonably clean, the sites are unique, the ranking system is different, and everything just looks and feels cool.
Like travelagent said, your big thing is the validation errors but they're easily cleaned up.
As far as your logo goes, it looks like it's saved as a JPG. If it is, try to increase the quality of it or even save it as an opaque PNG (not transparent or you'll have no end of fun with IE6).
The only other issue I have with the site relates to the SEFL site in my signature. Where would I add that one? There's no category.
Other than that, I think you've done a good job here. It's about time we had something a little different.

Adam: About your links: I know there is no category for your websites, but that's how I intend the directory to be. I do not wish to have paid websites or companies listed because there is no interest in browsing those web sites. I just wanted to gather a collection of the nicest and most interesting websites on the web
