this probably isnt the best designed one its very simplistic it also has a forum

And you're right...there really isn't much to review. It just looks like a forum with a default skin, next to no posts, and a logo that's way too big (shrink that thing by half each way).
Sorry dude...I can't offer more commentary than that. You need something that looks more like a graphic forum skin (i.e. pretty graphics) before anyone can really offer a solid opinion.
hmm, the white outer glow seems choppy, i suggest removing it and adding a drop shadow and maybe a symbol or logo. and adding some members would be a nice addition.
