That logo is a mess. Would look a hundred times better if the search engine logos were just arranged horizontally and without the map background. The background is not suitable for overlaying text on it ("and more...", for example, is almost invisible).

The purpose of the site is not clear.
Is it a search-engine submission page? It says "We will submit ..." but doesn't indicate how to do that.
Is it a meta search engine? The search results are only from Google and not from any of the other engines shown on the logo.

Its alright

but I doubt you will get a share of google, yahoo and msn

It's not that bad but I would suggest changing the font to arial since it's the easiest to read on computer screens. Maybe you can also consider a top-level domain.
