The phrase "So go now to Buezit Ads on the left menu and post what you are looking for." is underlined and should be a link to the ads section.
The big banner takes up almost all the space above the fold. It would be great if the banner explained the site's concept on the front page. On other pages repeating a banner of such size is unnecessary - get right to the ads.
