Okay, I think I understand. It looks like you added a signature here, and that jogged my imagination, which seems underactive I guess. You're providing a service where you host images for people who don't have a web site of their own, to be able to post them in forums or blogs...? This wasn't clear from your page; you might want to take your signature text and put it on the page somewhere.
You should have a look at pbase.com, photo.net, and
www.photosig.com, which could be your main competition. The first was free for a while, but I think they have enough users they were forced to upgrade their hosting, and have a small charge. The next two aren't really meant for what your site is about, although many people upload images to these two sites and then link to them from there, instead of having their own hosting and bandwidth.
You're going to have to answer some tough questions to make your web site successful, and since this is the review and suggestions forum, let me suggest putting up a terms of service page on your site. If you check either of the links in my sig you'll see why this stuff jumps to mind and how I compare to your target market; ie how much weight to give these questions.
What happens to an image after someone uploads it? There's no text about this - do users relinquish their copyright to the image by uploading it? Because I couldn't find an answer to this ( and also because I have my own hosting ) I left without uploading anything. How else will the images be used? How do mine fit in with the rest of what's there? I think that's one reason pbase became so popular; it's browsable.
You might want to put up a few links pages, too. One listing photography forums where a person could take advantage of your service. That would obviously be the most beneficial, for you and for your guests, but you might point them to some good articles on photography as well, since you know your people will be interested in the subject.
