Initial Opinion
Very attractive layout, but right off there are some grammar problems and some redundancy problems. (Check that opening paragraph!) I like the information I'm getting right off, it's good to know about the rates and the availability. It looks pretty navigable.
Design-wise
Very attractive design. I'd expect as much from a designer. You want your portfolio to reflect your skill, and you've done that. Nice job. I'm absolutely in love with the lighting effects on the icons! (Your portfolio designs are very nice as well.) You do have a problem with broken links though. There must be at least five, and that's five too many! There's no part of your site lacking in professional quality, I commend you on your efforts.
Content-Wise
Despite the welcome message (it's worded very weirdly. Look: Welcome to MDigitalX.com, my online digital portfolio. Site includes my online digital portfolio, information about my web design and graphic design services and other tools and services to aid you in your website management.) it's got a very high standard of grammar and structure, as well as information. Nothing really feels extraneous, or spread too thin to look bigger. I like the service descriptions and the attention to policy detail. There are some sections still in development (downloads, blog) but I look forward to those being just as up to standards as the rest of your information. Still, lots of broken links. Very nice work on the information point. Another A+!
Services
Your services seem very high quality and according to your testimonials and satisfaction rate, you are the standard. I like that your completion time is short and how low the prices are for such god quality. The extra things like psd's and organization and comments really set you apart as well. It seems like a great service, very sleek.
Overall
There aren't too many suggestions I can make. Just one, really. You need to fix those broken links and fill in those missing sections. It's a great color scheme, top-notch information, and looks to be a very efficient service. Had this been an MTP official review, you would have earned a spot in our hall of fame! Amazing effort, keep up the great work.
