Like I give just any review! (sorry, I've been pushing the ego lately. I apologize in advance for sounding like I know everything!) Initial Opinion Okay so it's a chat module, interesting...That appears to be all the content there is. I guess I'll have to go into real time... Design-wise It's not unattractive, but it's not pulling people in either. Usually chats have more modern colors. Lighter shades of green blending with white, etc. I suppose the best I could put it is look at sights like Trillian messenger and Aim, see the color schemes they're using. Also the chat module itself doesn't match with the main site. There should be more black and white in there to blend with the right shade of green. You want consistency on your sites so you have your own unique look. You seem to have a good knowledge of design so have some fun. Fancy and Community it up. does your community have a knack for knowledge? Why not put that in there. Etc, etc. Content-Wise The content is basically the chat room. If you'd like to know how that is, you'd have to join in and chat. Chatrooms vary, but remember you don't want it to turn into a random and stupid or dangerous place. People come for webmaster advice. Try to keep it on that focus. Services So far no problems. Go, ask your questions, get real time answers. Nice gig. Overall The theme could be more user-catching. Since the only real thing is the chat room, you really want to stress how knowledgable and helpful you'll be to new people. I like that it's not crowded, but try to catch the eye of people's attentions and work on those color schemes. Decent site. Not a hall of famer, but nowhere near bad.
