You know what? I may be an idiot for doing this, but I'll bite. I'll review both: the idea, and the code/content. You want it? You got it!
First, your idea: weak. W-e-a-k. Weak. This is nothing more than a pathetic attempt to come up with a scraped content site variant. The only difference is that you're not investing any money upfront on the thousands of domain names that people may wish to register and "embark" with your service. All they have to do is just register domain names and you'll "fill them with content that will generate revenues for the owners and you alike.
Here's the flaw in that theory: you're obviously a small operation, probably a one-person band. One person (or a few people) can't come up with enough content to fill any more than a small handful of domain names without having some form of automation in place...which basically means the same recycled crap that floats around thousands of other sites just like it. In fact, the thousands of other sites (IF the idea takes off) will all be in your network, "crossed-promoted" (for those who don't know where that word came from, see his FAQ...I'd quote the section, but I can't and I will explain why later) and cross-linked.
And what a wonderful segue into the next major problem: PageRank, and the not-so-subtle indication on your site that by cross-linking all of the domains together in the "network", you will increase everyone's PageRank and therefore search engine visibility. PageRank is not the universal SEO solvent. Let's repeat that for the boys and girls watching at home: PageRank is not the universal SEO solvent. Sites gain ranking, as in search ranking, based on unique, original content and user appeal. There's a snowball's chance in Jamaica that your idea will actually provide both of these things to every domain available.
But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt: let's assume you do manage to catch lightning in a bottle and somehow get 1000 domains in your "cross-linked network." Let's assume each of those domains generate $10 per month on average in AdSense oand other revenues. For argument's sake, let's assume none of them take your $9.99 a month premium option...this actually works out "better" for your members in the example scenario (since they actually "net a profit".)
Let's break down how this affects the major players in this scenario:
Average Member: $5/month, assuming you report all income fully to the average member (see below).
You: $5000/month.
Advertisers: -$10000/month on average, with a fairly limited ROI. On top of that, this sort of a setup tends to be more prone to click fraud and other issues since people will click on their own and each other's domain names.
Seems to me everyone in this equation loses (or gains very little for their efforts) except you.
Now the next point: who are you, and why would/should anyone trust you? If I register a domain and "embark" it with you, how do I know I'm getting full reporting of my revenues? I wouldn't be able to check my Adsense revenue, since it would all be under one account (or if I were, that would be a really stupid security hole given that GAS is primarily a PPC ad network), nor would I presumably be able to do the same with the other revenues. It would be all too easy for you to turn the $5 a month from the example above into $3, $2, or even $1 or less per month.
If you're still reading this, and you're still not convinced that this is a bad idea, consider this: you register a domain name. You're not going to use it yet, but you may at some point. In the meantime, you're going to rely on someone else to promote it for you. This someone else is already doing something that search engines frown upon (cross-linking a large number of sites together, particularly when they're not all related), and may well do other things for search engines and not for users.
Do you really want something like that done to a domain that you have a business interest in growing? What if New Net Profits Inc. gets your site banned (and it's very possible from the scenario outlined)? Do you really want to go through all the trouble of having to get your domain name reincluded in a search engine once it has been blacklisted? No.
Your idea is silly, and it probably is destined to fail.
Now, on to the "content": first and foremost, you need to lose the sound. To be totally honest, that audio track sounds like something out of one of those really bad porno movies from the late '70s-early '80s. AWFUL! (At least you let me shut it off, though.)
Second, why is the entire site in Flash? There's no good reason for it to be in Flash. An HTML alternative, if not a full site, is in order here. And why would anyone stressing the SEO benefits of your service build and all-Flash site, anyway?
Third, your copy...you need a spill chukker. "Everyway" isn't a word; it's two words. You can find the rest.
Fourth, who are you? About Us page. You need it...unless you've got something to hide.
That's about all a site like this deserves (I could add more, but how much more does attention does a scam attempt need?) A warning to those of you considering "embarking" domains here: don't do it. No good can come of this for you. It's nothing more than a lowlife attempt at a cash grab.
