I didn't go far enough into your site to answer your questions; frames websites agitate me and I normally don't review them ... but, you do have the following code warnings that need to be addressed and you really should step away from having your site in frames!!!
Code warnings...
Code:
line 1 column 1 - Warning: missing <!DOCTYPE> declaration
line 6 column 23 - Warning: <frameset> proprietary attribute "scrolling"
line 6 column 23 - Warning: <frameset> proprietary attribute "border"
I would love to step away from frames as i hate em also.. but!! they make my life easier as if i want to make a change to a main part of the site i dont have to edit like 1 billion filezorz

Stepping away from frames is easy, once you learn CSS ... FYI; I worked a few times at TX Eastman-Kodak and stayed at the LaQuinta -- myself and a few other Engineers from Houston were called in to straighten out some problems.
