first there is no navigation. it looks like a one page site. and almost half of the page contains google adsense ad. you wanna put more of your own content.

The header is an abosolute disaster, haven't you heard of text/content? Google Adsensing 50% of the page doesn't count.

I have to agree with the above posts. I would add that the entire site looks like totally unformatted content.

Layout and design is nice and clean. A bit narrow... i guess you designed the site for 800x600 res but i am finding that not to be the standard anymore and that wider is the more norm. Looks better if it is a bit wider... less scrolling required -- but nice job.
