The logo has awful jpeg compression artifacts. Save the logo in GIF or PNG (they're lossless).

Check spelling and grammar, for example:
"Our website's meet today's web standard's"
should be
"Our websites meet today's web standards"

Also, the attempted underlining of headings looks more like strikeout.

First off,

Your site is a bit too small in width

2ndly,
I'm not really digging the banners of the top from flowers to grates to coffee ?

I think you have a good start for a site, but I agree with the comments made so far.

There is way too much whitespace for me, (1280 x 1024) and the design it self is too dull. You have a great start, but it needs to be more interesting visually

Looks ok at first glance but after I browsed it for awhile the whole site just didn't seem to make sense. The layout works fine but your choice of images don't really go with what your talking about.

I liked your tutorials though

Your design incorporates conflicting design elements. The logo is very organic, while the images and design are strictly artificial.

The images seem strange and out of place.

The final products on the tutorials are very amateurish.

May I add that the header image is (in my humble view, at least) too large when compared to the rest of the page elements. I also agree with DaveRH about whitespace.

Kind regards,
Iván
