To be honest with you, this looks like it could be a good blog but I have no idea if it will be.
The interviewing other bloggers is a neat twist, but I'm not sure if it's enough of a hook by itself.
My major issue is the TLA ad right in the middle. Sooner or later, the "company" is going to go down and go down hard and people linking to it will be affected by it. The signs are there; it's just a matter of time.
Other than that, about the only thing I'd consider changing is to darken the blue on the hyperlinks. They're a bit too hard to read.
In other words, I think you've got an okay start (certainly a lot more intriguing than most blogs out there) but it really depends on where you go and how much effort you put into it over the next few months.

I'll really appreciate suggestions. My blog is viewed by 50-100 visitors every day and has no PR for now.
