Flash is cool and all, but for your portfolio page it is really overkill. You actually could probably do most of that page without Flash and have it look just as good. Actually again, the banner on most of the pages with the angel and buildings could probably even be a static image. I barely noticed the little Flash waves in the background until I squinted real hard and got close.
I know you're trying to be professional and you want something that looks great and that gives your users a taste of who you are, but you seem to think this is the only way to do it. It's not.
You could also draw back some of your content, such as the knowledge base stuff. It's all fine and dandy on the main page, but it just feels like it's filling space and that's it.
Finally, your reviews page is quite static. It's just text. Amp it up a bit and make it a bit easier and more enjoyable to read.
