The layout is clean and clear. Your loading time is kinda slow, and some links are dead off and on, but that might just be a temporary thing. Your design is fine, but its not completely clear what your website is about. The main page is mostly about the site itself.

Pictures are going to increase load times, which considering that his service seems a bit slow to begin with, is a bad idea. Even if you add small pictures and compressed it can take only 10kb and it would add something lively.
