The site is now very good, if you did all this yourself you are really good in what you do.
Few points, however. Is there a reason why the long combo box on the right isn't sorted?
If you really want to be the best you should also optimize your urls. For example, the url for action games is:
http://www.gamesvolcano.com/index.ph...gory/Action/1/
Why not something like:
http://www.gamesvolcano.com/games/action/
That would be better for SEO, would look better and would be easier to remember.
The "Win a Wii" banner should perhaps be a link to the registering page? I guess your front page's main action is to get people to register. So why there is only one link to do it? Why not put a nice image "Register for free" to work as the main registration link under the login texts. It now actually takes a moment to locate the registration link, one would assume it to be on the first navigation bar near "Members" and "Home".
I still think you should add more information what the site is about and how to use it. For example, to your main link bar (the one with the Action, Line rider, arcade etc links) could have a text "Browse games: " in front of it. And you should add some description of your website, perhaps to the top right side of the header image. Maybe something like "Free Online Flash Games"
People usually like to click on everything. So why not make the column captions (e.g. "Action Games") as links as well? They wouldn't have to look like the underlined links on the main navigation bar, though. They could look exactly the way they look now.
It would be polite to say that the box on the left contains advertisements. Otherwise it could be confusing some visitors to think you are also offering Cottage holidays and online betting
The animated images on the very bottom are really annoying and distracting. You should really consider dropping them fast. Such animated pictures belong to cheap late 90's online casinos, not to a quality website like this one.
