The color theme is really too bright, it doesn't quite hurt my eyes but almost. You really should consider changing that.
Your header image is a bit strange, usually a header image has more width. The fact that you say right on the heading what the site is about is very good. But perhaps you should still add one sentence more to describe the site? Also, I don't quite know if I like the word "Universal" in you heading, wouldn't word "Global" be better?
There are just dozens of different categories on the front page and some of them don't a have a singe ad. Why not only show the categories that do have ads? It could also help navigation if the categories said how many ads they contain, like "Services-Miscellaneous (10 ads)". Same goes for the global ads menu on the right, why to list all these numerous locations when they don't have a single ad in them? Why not only show the ones that do have ads?
The navigation is a bit confusing. Say I clicked on "Hong Kong" from the right menu. The fact that I'm now browsing ads of Hong Kong isn't very clearly stated on the website.
Also, when your website's logo on the header is a link people assume that it leads to the front page. But on your website, it leads people to see ads specific about London.
In my opinion the site needs a new color theme, some tweaks to the navigation and new graphical look. At the moment there really are no graphics, only the small header image. Why not hire an affordable designer to design new graphics? For example, I like the fact that you compare your site to a newspaper in your header image, such newspaper theme could make a good overall style to your site.
