I don't think you really want to copy Google's logo. That looks a bit strange and could even cause you problems if your site becomes popular. And it's cheap, one wise man once said "create, don't duplicate".
I like your heading, mainly the "Browse the internet like a ghost!" part. Why not design your own logo around the ghost theme? I think you use the word "Glush" too much. You should perhaps focus on what your service does and why it is the best rather than repeat its name so much. A good header image makes people to remember your name, there's no need to repeat the name so much. Did I mention it easily gets annoying really fast when you repeat something too much? I guess you got the point 
It's good that you actually say what your site is about, but you could polish and improve the way you say it. I would break it to two or three sentences and not show the text as red. And I agree with Mia, it might be good to create some content to the site such as to write about what information is usually stored about the user and why your service is safe and anonymous.
You perhaps need a color theme. Now pretty much each paragraph and section has its own colors, that doesn't look so good to me. The checkbox texts are also rather difficult to read because of their colors.
Why do you need such a huge amount of those small button graphics? I realize there are dozens of proxy listing websites but do you also have to list them all? Why not focus on just a few of them?
