Being as "harsh" as I can...
The icon picture next to the text "Mr Good Fox" looks excellent to me, but the white background of the MR GOOD FOX word is in white... Change it to the same background as the rest of the header. The grey on green in the content section looks like the result of a frootloop vomit. Those colors just don't go, though overall I like the color shemes.

Hi,

I agree with HighAndDry about the background colour of the logo. You could embed that image in the same picture as the grey fade and the wierd pattern.

Other than that I think the site looks great; some really good graphic design.

I like the icon in the top left. Where did you get it?

The text could be bigger and easier to read.
People are trying to find something. Make it easy for them to find the text.

Change the green text under each category heading.
You could change it to red, to tie in with the red used in heading
The light background and light green text don't mesh well.

The header text needs some transparency instead of blocky white background. Do you have photoshop?
Highlight the white background around text and inside the O's and delete. Set it on a transparent background, save for web as a gif.

for profession you have to make a transparent logo.You chose white as bacground but the skin has a gradient (white-grey) so it doesnt looks well.You can simply do it on photoshop or paint shop pro.You have to chose making transparent layer or color on properties or on saving wizard(paint Shop pro10) so it is too important.

Your skin is good and you have a great pagerank.Your links and categories are very good.I think you will be wonderful after logo transparenting.If you think link xchange with my pr3 directory www.acotm.com give me a pm please.

I agree, the text needs to be a bit bigger, it's a bit hard to read. I like the colors and logo though.

I don't know if changes have been made since previous comments, but I like the color scheme. It's a very mellow feel - and well blended.

If anything, at least regarding colors: the red may be a bit too intense, it really sticks out - but I don't think it's too bad, I like it personally.

I do like the logo, too.

The favicon doesn't match the site, though - it's orange & black.

Just my observations.

Well, i personally recommend directories to have a custom design but i realy like the design you chose...its not unique but its one of the best phpld designs.

if this is your site you have made i wouldnt mind buying the teplates and scripts even myself thats how much i liked it.
