Alright, I basically am looking for your opinions of my site that way I can see what I need to change in order to generate results, by which I mean new memberships. I am trying to create a growing community that likes to talk about their day to day opinions and lives, but they get paid to do it as well. Basically all forms of profit (earnings) gained from the site are redistributed via a share/point system when I receive payment for them. So basically, I don't pay out what I dont have and they don't have to worry about the system being unstable. And regardless of payment, they also have fun.
