Website Review and Suggestions

the main issue is:
- Sometimes can't open from outside Indonesia because the server locate in indonesia, if this is big problem i will change the server hosting.

Sorry English language is not ready yet, just review the design and etc.

any feedback, suggestiona are very welcome.

I'm in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. The site did load for me, but it took a VERY long time. About 3 minutes.

The layout is nice. It's fairly simple, easy to follow, no surprises. This is a good thing for a commercial site. I like it.

The blue is nice. Again, very "professional" kind of color. Its a simple design that we've all seen a thousand times. If you were shooting for cutting edge, you didn't make it. But if you wanted a nice stable site that's easy to navigate you did well.

I don't like the sub-title in the header though. "Leading in Property Directory" is not a proper sentence in English. English seems to be your second language. Is that true of most of your viewers? If most of the viewers of the site only speak Indonesian, then your header graphic should be in that language. If its an even split (50% Indonesian, 50% English), then have both languages in the header. If it's mostly English, then just re-phrase the line.

"The Leading Property Directory" or "The Premiere Internet Property Directory" or "Property Listing Directory" would all work better than the current sub-title.

yes i wil decide to move the server into outside Indonesia (maybe in USA) when the english language is ready.

about the subtitle, yes you right, i create that subtite in hurry, your idea is good, i will change it. thanks for the idea.

The site is ok. It has a template look, but its very clean. On a personal note I would make the header a little bigger – the title is not really eye catching.

I like your logo, but not the header image in general. It would need more graphics, only a logo on a blue background is too simple for my taste. Since your logo has a kind of cartoon style to it, why not create something similar to the header image. A skyline of some major city in Indonesia with the style of the logo perhaps.

I agree with Joe on the header text, "Leading in property directory" doesn't quite mean anything. If you are not very good in English you should think about hiring someone to write your English texts.

I can't quite comment your copy because the language selection doesn't work for me at all.

The site looks a bit too much of a template in my opinion. You also use a lot of different colors. I would focus to a few main colors and create a solid color theme.

I'm in South Carolina and the site did not load for me after my PC digested on it for a good 2 minutes. I would move the hosting when you get the opportunity.

It loaded a bit slow but Im from sweden so.. othervise it looks good man

From the US it loaded fairly quick. Once the site loaded it was pretty much instant.

I like the design. It does have a template feel. Looks clean.

@forumer : i build my website custom coding, not use any script or software, i create what i need to use. i use PHP and MySQL.

Yes its slowly sometimes not open outside indonesia, after english language / english software ready, i will move into US Server

I really like the look of this site.

I am based in the UK and it loaded straight away for me

I like the simple-ness of the site which is nothing OTT and not too boring with stuff going on but it is easy on the eyes.

I think the YM link maybe makes the site look a bit unprofessional and you could maybe put one of those support chat scripts on and customise it a little bit to give it the look you want?

Very nice site, I really like the layout but get rid of the "no image available" images they really look bad
