it has a simple purpose and im guessing it works. But you could definately make it stand out with a better graphic in the header. Right now i would probably use it if I needed it, but I wouldn't want to affiliate with it as a webmaster given its look. I think you could make it glow with a badass image header and maybe some other functions so its not like every other proxy. I like the shape of the site and I think you are right to keep it simple however.
