The site is ok i would however fill some of that white space at the top, you have links to wallpapers ect why not have a few images of the wallpaper rotating, it might also look better as well if you have your background fixed still good luck with the site.

Yeah, the curve on top are too big, you should scale it down. Also, I think you should loose the 3 polls on top of the page. A short description telling what the site is all about would be better.

I agree with the comments about the header, a fixed background, and getting rid of/moving the polls.

I'd like to add that the "footer" section seems way too big and like it is an element from a different website. It just seems that out of place to me. Try using a 25px high bar the same color as the header logo with centered text.

It looks like a pretty good start though.
