It still violates the policy, chaning a few words doesn't really help. It's the same site, everyone can see it. If you want to fix the problem, do a 301 redirect.
The hosting information about those sites will be same throughout the web. Therefore, web hosting guide sites will have more or less same information about those hostings and I am afraid I could not change those datas of the hostings.
