Website Review and Suggestions

Hi People,

I have a business/marketing/tech blog that I run: would love some feedback. More specifically on content rather than design. (I am in the process of getting a design built for me.)

The header image looks quite cheap, the yellow beta thing looks pixelated. If you are serious about your website you should hire someone for a few bucks to do you some better graphics, such as the header image.

The left navigation bar doesn't look good with Firefox, the texts are in a wrong position.

Thanks jv16. I agree with your comments. Especially re Firefox. The theme was mildly tweaked when I first set the site up and was done in Safari. Now I have converted over to Firefox I see what you see.

As my [edit] on the original post now states, I am in the process of getting a theme made for me. :-)

yeah sort header out, i would move the "ads" gosh over to the right way over. do you need them,.
i would define each new entry with some sort of border of box or something to show thay there different entrys.

As far as content, I notice the normal little grammar problems here and there. There isn't the same as their isn't the same as they're. It's is not equal to its. Those type of things. There is also some issue with punctuation. It looks good overall.

As far as appearance. Yes, please breakup the entries somehow, be it a box or a bar.

In Firefox (with adblocker on) there appears to be a large amount of whitespace to the left of the vertical blue area. It could be where your ads would normally appear but it could also be a rendering error.
