not to bad, i would suggest making the navigations grey text a bit darker,a little hard to read. and get rid of the adds, it does not cost that much to host a website
I kind of like the layout and navigation, but all the graphics seem quite cheap to me, especially the header image. You should consider hiring someone to do you some better graphics.
Everything seems lost with the ads, it took me a while to find the menu. Maybe pick some better colours, add a bit of gloss looking with some gradients and shadows and perhaps change the pic of people in the circles with a stock photo - some of the people look a bit scary to me imho
