I think this looks very nice, very professional.
I understand about the word "Cheap" being used everywhere, you are targeting searchers who want and search for "cheap traffic". Any time you use the word cheap you have to reflect on the idea that it leaves the reader with. For instance, I would never promote my web design business with "cheap web design". Nor one of my hosting solutions as "cheap web hosting". The idea is that 'cheap' can speak of the quality as well (or even more so) as the price.
However, this also leaves the door wide-open for people willing to promote services with cheap pricing. And since I don't think that the quality of the targeted traffic matters near as much, I would say that this is a great marketing strategy since 'cheap' is a common search term (used with other words).
As far as the text lining up with a lot of white space to the left, I think this works well because the eye is more relaxed if reading tighter columns. I like how the image takes up that space in the homepage, contact and products sections though, and I encourage you to use this to your advantage and add an appropriate image here. You may even add some more traffic images (of the same size) on the products page and carry this design theme on over to the Contract page. This would create uniformity in the design theme and make it look even better.
The copy writing seems right on. Very good. Instills confidence in your ability to deliver.
Overall, I think this is an excellent presentation. I am even considering using your service myself.
Great Job. 9 out of 10 in my book. -Doug
