It looks like it was made in 2002. You should try smaller fonts and a more minimalistic design in general.

I would really consider dropping the two blob of yellow sunset thingy on the left and right of the header..
Fonts are clearly too large
The top left corner art is of too low resolution making it look soft...

Hi Cathy...

Here are a few of my own suggestions...

1. Black is never a good background color as it is quite hard on the eyes, especally if you happen to wear glasses. Apart for that simple and easy to follow which is good.

2. Top font needs to be higher and yes all fonts could be smaller.

3. after each blurb should have a link of how people cant get started (rather than on the side or down the bottomd)

4. About you on a seperate page, photo is always good.

5. Contacts on seperate page with proper business address as this builds trust.

6. Pricing and secure payment info on anther page is also good, plus guarantee.

7. faq needs to be set out more clearly.

8. Testimonials page.
