I think you need to Place image or a huge text on the homepage on what the forum is all about, When I saw it of course I will think what is this forum all about?

need a logo andn it looks templatished

well im looking for a team someone who can set up content and someone who can make a logo for the top center

It looks too busy, on e of the reasons I like this forum is because thay don't have a bunch of extra stuff all over the place

I generally like 100% width websites better...

Make sure your left and right menu are 100% height too.
