It look like you dont have an intention to add quality content but to make people to click on Google ads. I can also suggest you to change the color scheme.
The color scheme is just way too vivid for my taste, my eyes almost hurt. And by looking at your front page there's really no way of knowing what your site is actually about.
I agree that the colours are quite difficult to look at for prolonged periods of time.
Your GoogleAds are annoying too ~ it looks as though you have tried to blend them into the page so people dont notice them.... I find that more annoying than making it obvious you have ads.
