Hello to All,

I would greatly appreciate any feedback on my site's layout & design as well as comments on product image quality, navigation, etc.

How can I make it better??? Is there anything that I should change??? Does the store look professional, secure, and interesting??? What do you think about my products? Which ones do you think would sell best???

Thanks for all your help!!! I will be more than happy to return the favor and review your site too

The site is easy to read and looks professional. I like the fart machine myself. The Uncle Sam hat would be good for the 4th.

I think it's a really good site, the layout and stuff really goes with the joke kind of theme. The colors and the clown... hehe some funny stuff.

Site looks nice, I'm not a big fan of sites that stretch the whole width of the browser window, but thats just a personal prefference, it just looks weird on a higher resolution monitor when everything is so spread out unless you have tons of content.

The only problem I had with the interface design was the menu items on the left. They are much easier to read with the rollover colors, as opposed to the black on blue that they are in their default state. Try reversing the states, so that the black on grey is the default and the black on blue is the rollover.

The images appear fine to me.
The navigation is simple to understand and use.
Perhaps making the credit card sybmols bigger, putting them into a 2x2 grid but keeping the currenct width (ie double each width by 2)? They aren't that clear, but they don't want to be too big either.
As for which products, well I'm really just a big kid, so it would depend on the budget ;-)

Design looks very good, I recommend to add alt tags to the top navigation.

I think it looks great!

Having said that... I do have a critique from a graphic designers perspective...

The only concern I would have involves the logo/masthead of the site. Effective graphic design will use scale, to generate intrest in one thing, more so than the other things in a layout. Right now the Gagstop logo/masthead (the most important thing is always the logo, right?) just doesn't 'zing' for me. It blends in as one of three equally sized elements spread across the top frame....and with the tagline (Gag Gifts, Jokes, Novelties) being so far removed from the logo - physically, I am left at first to think that it is tied to the element on the right - which is pretty much just a banner ad linking right back to the very page the site started on... that makes sense on other pages further on in the site, but not on the home page.

Overall I do like the site quite a bit (I give it a 6.5-7.0).

Overall I like it. There are some things I really like, eg the simple but effective shadow on the bottom of the screen behind the main section. I like the colours overall & think the logo is groovy.

I like the idea that as you change sections the colour also changes thats very nice (sort of amazon ish & good idea)

Why is the blue banner line round at one end & not the other?
Its quite slow to load some pages. & I have broadband so for some customers might that be an issue. I like it though very neat. 8/10

It looks professional in the sense that it's a serious joke site, so to speak. If this were on an website selling insurance, I would say it wasn't professional, but for the subject material, it gets an A+

There's really nothing I can suggest to make it better than it already is. Good job.

Standing ovation! You are at the top of the realm of web design. This is the site to visit if people want to know how it should be done. The only suggestion I have would be to replace the guestbook with customer testimonials (did I spell that right?) I give it a 10! Good luck with all of your endeavors.
By the way, do we get a free stink bomb with every post? LOL

I really like sites that are fun & colourful. I think you've met a nice balance here and prevented it from looking cheap & tacky. Well done. And getting your head round the e-commerce bit deserves a mention. Definitely gonna get a Fart machine. Do you export to UK?

The site is ok, I wouldn't call it "professional." From a marketing and usability stand point, I suggest making the product categories (the left nav) more prominent. Possibly by moving them into the center of the page and making them larger. This way it is easier for people to find what they are looking for.

It's a great site, easy to navigate, the colors are good, very professional.

I think that you shoud have a link explaning how does the shipping works, a lot of e-commerce sites forget that.

Wish you very good luck!

The site looks good for the content type.

We don't like the scroll bar changing colour - ON ANY WEBSITE!!!
It just looks unprofessional
