agh... i hate it when websites have music that play without permission. and i don't like repeating animations. i also don't like patterned backgrounds. but i especially especially hate sounds that play when you start up the page. at **the very least** give us a way to turn it off, right on the top of the page, in a really obvious place.
ok, your links on the left bar: why did you change it so that the cursor isn't a hand when it hovers? it will just confuse people. leave it as a hand.
also, once you click on them, the layout for your site changes: keep it consistent. the homepage, with the links lined up on the left is better anyway. a big thing your site needs is consistency. it helps it feel more organized. it *makes* it more organized.
when i click on one of your tabs, and go to that page, the tab for the page i'm at dissapears on that page. thats confusing: it moves the tabs around, and its inconsistent, and it confuses people. instead leave it on: maybe make it a different color or something, or just put the picture but don't make it a link.
the other main thing is all the random clip art and stuff--most of it doesn't match with anything else. its all random: some are black, some are harsh and cool looking, some are classic looking. they just don't match. lots of them have backgrounds that aren't even the same color as your site background, or are aliased all weird.
to be honest though, for what your site is, maybe none of that matters. i mean, your website reminds me of those email forwards i get with the inspirational message and all that. i imagine the people who use your site are the type of people who forward those emails. i didn't read the testimonies, but it looks like thats the best content on the whole site.
