I am open to suggestions:

Bit boring, I think the layout is fine though. Oh, replace tables too

Bit boring?

I hope you don't mean replacing the tables with <div> layers. When it comes to links, that can become a little tedious and can change from browser to browsers.

Thanks.

I think he meant that the layout was a bit boring. It is. And I do also agree that you should do the tedious and remove all the tables. I couldn't review your language as I don't speak barbarian.....

Just joking I thought that would be funny and its been a long day for me..

Some suggestions.
You can easily improve your site style/template with some unique images. Images can be used to shape the content artistically. Also, I feel that the color scheme is somewhat lacking.
Good Luck~!

btw, I do speak barbarian

I agree with the div comments. CSS is definitely the way to go. Instead of replacing all of the table tags, maybe it would be easier if you started from scratch. Be a good learning curve for you as well. I know Dreamweaver CS3 has pre-made CSS templates and the layout you have could be duplicated in a matter of minutes using CSS and div tags. Good luck

Your site is not in english. I don't know what it is about. I tried to click on some links on it, but I get error messages everywhere.

The customer is not an American. The design is just a draft.

I changed the colors. Mainly because red wasn't a good color for this kind of design. http://www.carbotek.org/infofa/ has a better version.

Thanks for your help.

Not bad color combination but other wise looks very plain. Need some live in right and left column.

I think your site is missing a design of some sort, like maybe a simple logo. I don’t think the colors are that bad.

well i think the content of the site is great but the layout is a bit of complicated. I see that you have used some Lorem Ipsums eh hehehe ..... The colors are not match. It has a 5 colors to match. I think you should stick out on using just 3 or 2 colors to improve your color layouts. But its a great site. Hope we see some updates on these on soon .....
