It's alright. I like the color scheme.
On your nav bar, should there be another vertical divider after 'contact'? there is one before 'home' so i figured you should end it too.
Second, All the little boxes (ie. Live statistics, popular, etc) have an icon and a bigger font than the main content box where it says 'Nima Directory'. I would make this text the same size and maybe create a cool little icon for it as well.
Third, I would explain the deep links thing on your 'add url' page. I doubt everyone will understand that cause I don't. :-o
nice job over all though. Although I must admit I dont understand paid directories.
