I think it's pretty ok, but I really don't like those diagonal lines everywhere. The main text is very difficult to read, firstly because of the lines on the background, secondly due to the selection of colors (dark gray on light gray background doesn't work very well).
The navigation looks good. But the color scheme doesn't. I mean it's good that you have a color scheme, but having one doesn't mean that you can only use one color. Your site is way too blue, add some other color as well.
Your site also has the same problem as most new sites: it's pretty much impossible to say what your site is about by looking at your front page. Why not have a sentence or two at the header image (or somewhere similar) and say what your site is about?
