Nice clean layout!
I was quite surprised to see that you've used a table layout though? Also I saw a <font> tag in there somewhere, how come you didn't just set the style in your stylesheet?

Actually yes, i've used table layout, does css layout is better? tables are just the way i used to do it...
if css is better, i will learn how to use it properly, and change my layout, what do you think?
And that font tag is my mistake :P i will change it...
Any more suggestions?

Ahhh i see!
Im not totally sure on the advantages of not using table layouts, all I know is div's are meant to be more efficient, so i just decided to start using them.
Also if you use a CSS layout it makes the filesize for each page a lot smaller as all of the sizes/attributes are stored in the stylesheet. This way your HTML will be a lot more readable aswell.

I'm not too keen on the layout. If you're trying to do the "spy/mystery" theme on your layout, then make the font go with it too. Then a hard drive pops out of nowhere... Also, tables were meant to store information; not to be layouts; they take longer to load, etc. It's better to change.
You're getting there! Good luck!

CSS is getting more and more advanced...I don't think tables were ever meant for web design, but that's what it turned into.
I like the site, very clean. I do agree that you should look into reworking it with CSS.

Haha..ok, i see everyone agrees about CSS, so, im going to work on it...
gsmile, what did you mean: "Then a hard drive pops out of nowhere... " ? :P
and, without looking at the code behind, how is the design and what can i do to attract more customers,
i mean, what information should i add to the front page so the customers will be attracted?
thanks all

Agree 100% with changing tables to css divs.
Sounds like great rates on hosting.
I'll keep you in mind if and when we change hosts.

Lol, i might get u to design my hosting site XD
erm deffinatly go to divs not tables. like the design, also i thing its gd for hosts to have server status like http://fusioncroc.com/status.php here.
i am looking for how to do thismyself when i finally get a good hsoting site.
Also om the contact us page. a MUST is a form i think, (best with a small catcha for spammers...) much easier for users to contact and more like to get contact...
Dan

Way too much white space. And I see that you're following the stupid trend of having a webhost and using a stupid server for your layout. At least use one that looks good >:|
Anyway, there's a lot of work needed for this website. If it's a webhost, it needs to look more official and it needs to be designed a lot better.
Use CSS to style the website. You can find various tutorials on the web if you search around, but try out alistapart.com.

The design looks a bit too cheap, try to get a template with higher quality.
Get Modernbill.
Get Kayako Supportsuite!
Add forums!

^ I'd actually recommend going with [url-http://whmcs.com]WHMCS[/url] as opposed to Modern Bill. I've been using them for about a year and a half now, and haven't loved any other billing/support system since. Previously I was using the bloated Client Exec.
But this integrates so smoothly with your website, any any other app (you can even set it up to integrate with Kayako if you check up about in the WHMCS Forums.)
