Well the title of this thread is very misleading first off.

Okay maybe not...your post is very misleading.

I hate the design. It's too confusing for the average visitor. So much content and I don't know exactly where to look and read first.

Consider having an intro page or paragraph that explains your site, what it's about, and what I (the visitor) can use it for.

Definitely to much to fast. You need to give the user a flow of content, not a bombshell of it. For all those content boxes, a list of links, linking to pages of that content... or something like that.

Also, MAKE THE TITLES OF ARTCLES BIGGER! Everything looks the same! As you designed it you probably know where everything is by now, but if i wanted to find something specific there, my eyes would probably die.
