The site takes a while to load. The design is nothing extraordinary but it's simple and somewhat clean, fitting for that general CMS look you've achieved which I'm not really a fan of. It has more to do with the layout of things and the placement that gives it that CMS look than anything else. Overall, you have a good site I'd say.
One detail I'd like to point out is that the google search at the top ruins the whole thing. Try placing it towards the bottom or in one of the side columns for better effect.
