I like the general look. Excellent Work. I do have a couple comments:

1) The top of the page (in white under the logo) looks empty. Not sure what you could do with it, maybe a banner or something.

2) Some of the Icons in the Action, Fighting, etc. look like they need some help. They look distorted.

3) I don't like the fast moving Banner Links at the bottom. That may not be your issue but just thought I would mention it.

Seems to be alot slower.. it loads the background and then takes several seconds before everything else downloads.

I think you should make the fonts bigger. I hate sites with small fonts like that.

Also, maybe you should introduce your site with a graphic or text saying what your site is, what it has to offer, etc?

I'm going to be frank here.

Cut out the crap. People don't give two hoots about statistics, keep that for yourself.
Reogranise your adverts. Your current positioning and obviousness of them won't be earning you the high potential. See Google Advert Positioning Tips for expert advice on hotspots.
The overlay on the logo is too strong. Not only that, it should be behind the text. Yellow makes no appearence in your overall colour scheme, yet it occurs in the logo. A colour scheme must be consistent and used to best effect.
What have flowers got to do with Mario, Fun and Gaming? Try using a retro or some kind of repeated logo pattern background as opposed to a flower.
The dodgy space in front of Mario is ugly. You're wasting valuable space with a nasty overlay and funky polygons. Put something there, or get mario to the front-stage.
The search and login forms are not contrasting with the rest of the content, therefore they are slightly obscurred. Make a nice box around them, and improve effectiveness.
Section headings are generally ok, although I would increase the contrast and decrease the brightness of the background to make the contrast ratio between the text and the blue greater.
You have too many items in your lists which is obviously just to make the vertical space better for the Advert. Cut your list, get a better advert (perhaps one of Google's image adverts) and make those elements stand out to focus visitor attention.
Your pages section is hidden from everything. If it's not important or necessary, then get rid of it. Otherwise, bring it to the top and give it a good spot to optimise the visitor's click-through rate on your site.
Increase the spacing between game elements in the main section and increase the contrast ratio to improve usage. At the moment, they don't attract any attention.
What's the point in flashing "Press CTRL+D..."? Have it constant, then you're visitors won't waster time waiting for it to appear several times to get the message properly.
The anime adverts at the footer area seem thrown in. At least put them somewhere useful.

You sound like an angry guy moo. I like statistics. I think though that there is far too much whitespace and you could utilize it. Taking like 100-200 px of it away would benefit the design

Nope, hardly ever angry. I just speak my mind. Statistics are ok, but in essance they are useless to their expected user base.
