It's very clean. The color choice is a bit bright, but I've seen much much worse. One complaint though is that I feel the design does not really match the subject matter/content. Overall you've done a good job.

i am aiming at making this a social networking community for unsigned artists similar to what myspace is doing but i have a few more features that they do not offer. i appreciate your review.

Your site reminds me of Bloglog's site but only in blue. Overall it seems like a fairly standard design, here are my quibbles:

-"Unsigned artists radio" should be moved up a bit, so it fits in the centre
-your tables above and below the header don't quite match up

Beyond that I'd just try to add more content as its pretty basic ATM, maybe spruce up the design, more images and subtle effects etc.

Looks like you didn't do anything but install phpFox with its default template..

Seems, like a nice site, decent idea.

It's going to be fun to get a starting community thought that would be the hardest.
