I recommend you ask again when you've actually done something with it. The logo really doesn't mean anything.
As for the forums, don't put Noobs as an introductions forum. It will more than likely piss people off. I suggest something neutral like "New Member Introductions", like WT.
Office vs Cubicle would be the name of a topic for discussion, not a category itself.
I think it's irresponsible to have a forum marked "Co-Workers -Talk about your annoying co-workers here", plus how would you be able to moderate the topics under such?
Dress Code is another topic, not a category.
I'd suggest merging New Members section and General together.
