The template is the default and is plain. The green in your header clashes with everything on the page. Change the green to a blue that matches something on your page. Also, I don't like the header font, use an anti-aliased font.

Alright, thanks for your review.
I have updated some of the graphics to suit its niche.
I'll be getting a better header soon, maybe a day or two. (my graphics man is on holiday lol)
