I would agree with all the comments above, but your page loaded pretty quick for me, wasnt slow at all. Im using ie so maybe it is slow with firefox and others.

1.Maybe you should do something with your logo now it looks to simple and it is hard to read.
2.Too much advertisement .
3. It is a good idea to put some words on a home page what this site is all about.
