I suppose the content at the bottom describes your company good enough, but it has to be scrolled down to.
Am I even looking at the right site? It looks like it is from the '90s.

1) Why are yellow rollovers a big "no-no"?
2) Doesn't severe contrast make it easier for people to see?
3) Do you mean the whitespace border or the blue border around the gray?
4) No comment on the colors looking odd just wondering if you mean the backgrounds of the text?
5) Dull is good in this case. At least I think so.
6) I agree about the "B" and I'll be changing that color later.
7) It was originally in javascript so you didn't have to scroll you just had to click the links and it would pop-up. Everyone else I got feedback from said scrolling was preferable to javascripting. Is there another alternative you have in mind?
8) If it looks like it's from the 90s it's the right site.
I'm not really looking design feedback perse and my bad for not saying that to begin with. I'm more after functionality issues and what would make the site function better, not what would make it a more enjoyable user experience.
Thanks!
