Website Review and Suggestions

Hi all,

Since I am not a good web designer, I really want your all opinion/suggestion to our website. I am out of idea already what to put and what I shouldn't put in that website. It is supposed to be an education website. Your suggestions are much appreciated.

I like the header very much, and the colors look nice too.

yet it does feel a little bit cramped, but apart from that, a very nice website

Your site is loaded with grammatical errors. If you are going to sell an educational product and present yourself as an educator, you really should use correct grammar.

Your sales are likely to suffer if corrections are not made. If I can see that your English is poor, I am going to doubt your math skills as well.

Perhaps the most glaring example is your use of the word "maths" throughout your site. Unless I'm mistaken, the plural of math is math, not maths. I find it hard to belive that someone qualified to teach the subject can not use it properly in a sentence.

Math = US
Maths = UK

They are from UK, I think.

That's good to know. I hated to see what seemed to be such an obvious error. However, there are other mistakes that should be addressed.

Yeah, I agree with you.
They should be more cautious. Can't think of anything to suggest beside the grammatical errors. That's the important part need to be fix.

No, I have never posted in this forum.

Thanks a lot for your all time to review my website design. Much appreciated. As for the website content, I have nothing to do with it. I just designed the layout, graphics, etc. However, I do agree to what you have said about the grammatical error.

Anyway, I have try harder to avoid the cramped thing, such as expand the margins, but it doesn't help at all. I have to re-designed the layout I guess

Hmmm...i just don't understand how w3.org works. Even google still has 50 errors, while Yahoo 34 errors

Drop the think maths grow smart - background and you would get a 9/10

This site is almost there.

The centered content on the homepage needs to be pupmed up. You need to either add more content or align it differently. The quote box in the middle needs help. It needs to be styled. Maybe making it span the whole page or making it show up in a graphic rather than just a box with a top bar, and a grey background color. Also the background image needs some more color. You used so many vibrant colors in the flash and header images, but you just used a monochromatic blend on the background. I think there needs to be something a bit more eye catching. Anyways thats my design sense...
