Website Review and Suggestions

This site has a poor conversion rate. Can anyone suggest what might be turning people off?

The site is the mattress site in my signature. (On the right)

For me, the fact that several pages open in a small new window would be enough to leave the site without even looking at any of the products and prices.

Thank you Scaw. I was really proud of the concept. Your comment will will result in a major redesign. I will use an ifame to do the same job. Lets see if there is any change.

I don't know. the lack of photos for the mattresses available might be the problem. imo, I am sold by visual presentation rather facts as in text

The information on your left nav bar on the page:

should be put under faqs or a dedicated area rather than just list it all there plus nowadays most browser will have a anti popup and urs just don't pop under opera or my ie which could lead to bad image to the website.
