i am not sure your aim for the contents window on left hand cell in the table. are you or a novice or have you had lots of experiance with web design?

I don't care for the green, but they layout is nice, and the use of pictures.

I'm on a REALLY slow network atm (at school) and on 800*600, The top banner is flashing (Im not sure if it's supposed to but it looks horrible and is making me feel sick). Also, the menu bar doesnt work with the main area at all.

The layout is pretty sound and simple. It seems good enough. It's probably just this resolution and "computer"

im having a hard time reading the text on that background, it may just be me it it seems like its giving off a "geocities" feel to it.

Nice pick with the .tk name. I have been waiting for someone to develop a free .tk domain. The layout is decent, looks old school but loads fast and if you have some good content on the site you will want a fast loading site. Other than that I cant say much, just a basic site.

the cycling banner at the top kinda gives me a headache, besides, that's so dated. the whole homepage feels very empty, the orange text seems to work on that bgcolor but the read and bright green definatly do not. kinda boring overall, but not a bad start.

I agree, all of the random placed images as well as the logo give me that feel. Also, the black logo on the blue-ish background is a bit cheesy...

Same with the scroller bar...those neon colors just look crazy...a bit out dated...

Not a bad start, but I would suggest trying to get a central theme to the page...it seems like a bunch of ideas just placed together.

Without a lot of scrolling, I would have problems realising what is the purpose of the site. The first impression - they sell socks.
