Your page looks like a MFA (Made for Adsense) website.
Are you planning on updating regularly with fresh content?
If anyone needs to know what aids is, they can just visit the wikipedia page for it.
What I would do is change the default layout of your site to include sections with articles, research, discussions, etc...

I agree with brotherz, the layout looks like a MFA site, which means you stand a good chance of Google dropping you from SERPS and closing your Adsense account.

On the other hand, if it really is designed to be useful, I'd say get rid of most of the Adsense banners/towers (maybe just keep one at the top) and update it regularly with the latest research and alternative treatments for victims.

Hi brother and Popeve,

Thanks for your frank views. I wouldn't disagree with you but I do have plans to expand this site. This site was originally made over three years back at geocities.com with a different look. The purpose was to add my own ideas about treatment and management of AIDS and help the needy free of cost at my own expense but somehow I could not manage to do so. Now I have moved it here with additions in the contents. The information that it contains is somewhat different to the old beaten one that can be found at every AIDS related site. It will not bring a revolution I know, but will give food for thought to some. I will soon add pages for free online homeopathic consultation but free medicines to my visiting patients only. I can afford only so much with my present resources.

So I have designed it with future expansion in mind without having to redesign. Anyway, I'll take your advice and drop some ads today.

Adsense ... Yes. I will have to foot all bills on my own. No one will donate I know. I don't intend asking for that either. People are already quite fed up of cheats. (sorry for this remark)

May be that the server had some temporary problem at the time you tried to open the site otherwise it runs fine. You might like to try again.

this is the kind of site that doesn't really need the looks - the content is all that matters

IMHO opinion it looks pretty plain, needs some images and a decent header. I wouldn't click any menu items. But then again I'm not your audience. I would think you'd need a much better and informative site to draw anyone from the other sites that have far more information.

Ever heard of the term "MFA?" made for adsense.
You may have too many adsense ads on your pages, so you might want to check the rules on that.

You have a pretty professional lay-out however, and honestly? it's a highly informative site. Just make sure you create a very strong internal link structure to help boost your google page rank.

nice site.. well content is king.. yes they're right lessen the ads maybe you can put some related sites there instead of adsense.

Pretty professional lay-out and very useful content. You only require a nice header and consider seriously on page rank as it is highly informative site.

in my point of view, the design is too restrained, it doesn't seem like the outhor is really concerned about the theme AIDS, or may be it was just made to look like this?

Although your site falls under category of MFA sites, it is really simple and also contains valuable information. Try to change the adsense placement especially the one in the footer- I think it won't be useful to you.. Please check with some of the adsense users to get an idea about this placement...
