what you think is site good or not ?

have an ad on the top area .
blend the ads better with the site colors .
also put the language selctor somewhere above the fold , i dont remember seeing a language selector in many of these kidn of sites, so this might help your users,

First thing I really like the logo the way it has the paint brush but i think the navigation starts way too high up it needs to come down and start next to the content box and not next to the logo I think maybe the frontpage should not be so long. Overall I think it is a very nice site and 50mb is a very good size limit. Hope my review has helped you with your site in some way.

header is too big for site i feel and the top 3 images in same line should be nice to attract traffic...
